Joe’s is the place for ecotours too. The surrounding wetlands are habitat for ducks, alligator, heron, mink, deer, egret, bald eagles and countless schools of fish. Year after year, more sport fishing and ecotour operators leave from our dock than any other in the New Orleans area. Most guides specialize in inland fishing but Gulf Coast beaches and surf fishing are within easy reach as well.
